The Story
Faced with a wicked ultimatum in 2014, Justin found himself homeless. He immediately sent his two small children to visit his sister in California for a couple weeks while he figured out how to solve this issue. In June, as he took the stage to be recognized for being nominated as the Rookie Realtor of the Year by his association, he did so knowing he was sleeping on the floor of his office later that night.
This became the defining moment.
Within three years, Justin had not only purchased a home for his family, he sold that home to an investment group, bought another property and converted it into a duplex, and used the income from it to qualify for his residence downtown.
Everything changed. Because he found a way to buy the home he was renting.

The Team
Justin's real estate approach is uncanny and certainly a bit out of the box. This is probably why he made an impression on Zena, the banker who became his wife in 2017. In 2020, Zena, inspired by all the power and optimism of a real estate career, joined Justin and together, the two inspire hundreds across Montana every year. While creative financing may be more of Justin's niche, Zena brings the broker expertise to assure the process works the best it can.

The Client
If given the choice in transmissions, both Justin and Zena choose manual. Because, to their core, they do not prefer automation. That being said, no client is treat to any lessor degree than what they would prefer for themselves. Every client becomes a friend, and a true relationship is forged. Don't worry, we don't show up unexpected...however, we do send gifts. Often.
